Starter Pack Includes

Included in your starter pack
Web Shop Designs will set up 10 items for you in the Bluepark catalogue, this allows you to see exactly what your shop looks like with your products, descriptive text and prices, this is a great teaching aid as it allows you to immediately see how to create your catalogue for as many items as you wish to sell.
To do this we will need electronic images of 10 products, names, text descriptions and selling price
The powerful Bluepark shop software chosen by Web Shop Designs makes this step as easy as writing a letter in a word processor. You simply add a photograph, set the price, write your text and click save, the Bluepark shop automatically generates the different size images needed leaving you to simply publish the item for your customers to choose
You can use our samples supplied with the starter pack to understand how this works and do this yourself, full training is included, alternately as an additional service
Web Shop Designs can do this work for you
If you offer products from a brand name manufacturer, Web Shop Designs can (with permission) insert their logo into the checkout which will appear under the price section, you can have multiple brands and simply select the brand for each item in your catalogue for the correct image each time a page is viewed
(if you do not have these, we will set up 10 dummy product files as examples for you to follow)

Training is the icing on the cake for your online shop, Web Shop Designs specialise in this area for our customers helping cut through the technobabble and internet speak, we provide clear English training on the Bluepark software used to create your shop allowing you to maintain the shop into the future and minimising the outlay in technical support
Following the completion of your online shop, Web Shop Designs will make an appointment convenient to you when we will provide over the telephone live training with you operating the shop website from your own computer whilst our training team lead you step by step through to use of your new shop, or, you may visit our premisis for the same one to one training using our computer system.
You will learn how to add, edit and delete catalogue items in your shop, how to change and edit pages, how to set up user accounts, how to set up email from your shop to your existing email account, how a customer orders an item, how you check your payment for the item, how to print out the invoice and shipping notes, how to manage your online shop
